Crimson Crisis Sneak Peak

As many of you might know (doubtful), today was the Crimson Crisis pre-release event held at Mind Games in the City. Crimson Crisis is the third set of the OCG's 6th Series, and is designed to introduce players to the new cards in "Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's".

The cover card for Crimson Crisis is Red Dragon Archfiend/Assault Mode and the participation card for the pre-release was Colossal Fighter/Assault Mode.

The set introduces a few new archetypes such as Reactors, Blackwings, and /Assault Modes, along with more support for existing archetypes. Synchro Monsters gain more support and a few potentially deadly new friends, making them even more of a threat to the meta.

The set has 100 cards total:

* 1 Ghost Rare
* 10 Ultimate Rares
* 10 Ultra Rares
* 14 Super Rares
* 20 Rares
* 48 Commons

Stand out performances on the day were seen from Dupe Frog, Half Or Nothing and all the Blackwings we received in this set.

I, myself, managed to place a respectable second just behind the overzealous Hadar. From my winnings there were no notable pulls, I, in fact, only went along to this particular event in the hopes of scooping up a couple (three) copies Makiu, the Magical Mist. I can gladly say I left the even with zero copies of this card.

All in all it was a good welcome to the age of Crimson Crisis, but unfortunately it appears that we will have to wait for the next set before we see any major changes to the meta.

I fap daily to daily apps.

A recent study conducted by the Ministry of Everything (M.E.) shows that 90% of all people who frequent the City Center on a Thursday night suffer from acute shit-cuntinitus. The evidence speaks for itself.

Ignorance truly is bliss.

Let us all hope that this deadly affliction has not spread it's way to Transit Bar as tonight I will be attending what the locals like to call "Purple Sneakers." Hopefully it sucks less balls then last nights escapades.

I used to hate Norma Jean, but now I hate car accidents.

I awoke from a dream within a dream this morning, a pretty elaborate concept for my subconscious to deal with, and a welcomed change from the usual dream in which I save a group of group young school girls from a notorious pedophile/dragon, only to have myself wrongly incriminated and charged for the heinous crimes of said pedophile/dragon.

In the most deep of my dreams, the one I was dreaming about dreaming, I was driving an Americanized (left hand drive) version of a very familiar car. I had attempted to drive straight, through a round-a-bout, in what was apparently a 'right turn only' lane. Needless to say without Mikey's (he was in the passenger seat) extensive experience with 'hand brakies' we may have had ourselves an accident of monumental proportion. Lucky for us, Mikey had the common sense to pull the hand brake on as I let go of the wheel and took my feet of the peddles and we slid, screeching our way towards a traffic island. One hard hitting *bump* and we'd stopped safe and sound on the island.

The four and a half cars behind us did not get off so lucky. A swift look over my shoulder informed me of an accident of monumental proportions in which we had both successfully caused and escaped unharmed. A little damage to the front axis was cause from the bump, but that did not stop us from nonchalantly driving away.

I desperately hope my subconscious was in no way trying to tell me something... Like perhaps I am too often the passenger (left seat of a car) and should more often be the driver, metaphorically of course. Or perhaps that I am oblivious to the wrong choices that I make, even though I have abundant guidance from familiar sources (eg. road signs that say 'right turn only'). Furthermore, that I may consider myself to have come out unscathed of many things, but have, in fact, managed to leave a trail of gruesome wreckage behind me and without the help and support of my friends I would also be included in the body count of my own wreckage. Perhaps now I am finally waking up from a dream within a dream... metaphorically of course.

But, I'm sure the dream was more about how much 'hand brakies' fuckin' r00l.

Also, fuck yeah!

And this is the start of what was...

As I sat in my luxurious courtyard that I had, until recently, neglected to notice even existed, I pondered the inner workings of a first post with cautious hesitation.

I had initially intended to pursue an approach that involved the compiling and examining of existing first posts of seasoned 'bloggers', such as the infamous Studs Lonigan. After the compilation and examination of approximately 1 'blog' entry I assumed I'd need not look any further, as I had obviously attained all the information I needed to achieve first post glory.
